Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original listed condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and TBC security tags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
